Insight: In recent tests, handrails in New York’s transit system were found to have twice the U.S. department of Health’s safe limit for dangerous bacteria. And that’s just the handrails.

Idea: To raise awareness for One Medical – a network of doctor’s offices – we used posters, weather-responsive digital OOH, and geo-targeted social to label 150+ unique things around NYC and LA that could make you sick.

Results: Not only did new online visits increase 69%, flu shots during the campaign DOUBLED.
